If you are unable to attend for your appointment please let us know so that we can offer it to someone else.
Try to let us know in advance if you are going to be late for your appointment so that we can agree alternative arrangements if necessary.
Please be patient if the doctor or nurse is running late as this is due to unforeseeable circumstances.
If you would like a chaperone present during your consultation or examination, please inform your doctor or nurse who will be happy to arrange this for you.
Our doctors or nurses sometimes have students with them; if you prefer that they are not present for your consultation please let the receptionist know.
Inform the practice of any changes to your name address or contact details so that we can keep your records up to date.
Patients who move to an address outside of the practice area will be required to change GP
Please make a separate appointment for each patient that needs to be seen
Please inform the receptionist when booking appointments if you require a double appointment to discuss more than one problem
